Allegheny County maintains two different addresses for the purposes of notification from the Assessment Office and sending out tax bills.

This change of address is for the purpose of changing your mailing address for your assessment.  Please contact 412-350-4134 to make the change or you may use the above form and mail to the address below.   If you would like to have your tax bill address changed you must contact the treasurer's office at 412-350-4100.   If both addresses need to be changed, you must contact both offices.
