Commodity Contract Expiration Report

Lists contracts processed by the Division of Purchasing and Supplies that are expiring in 60 through 120 days. Details the contract name, the supplier, estimated amount of the contract and the buyer (purchasing agent) handling the contract. Allows a three to four month lead time for interaction between interested suppliers and the County buyers.
	PLEASE NOTE: The commodity contract expiration report is not based on all purchasing done for the County, but only the commodities and services contracted through the Division of Purchasing and Supplies.
