PITTSBURGH – The Allegheny County Department of Public Works will be performing maintenance work on the Armstrong Tunnels on Saturday, January 28 and Sunday, January 29, 2012.  This work will require that the tunnels be closed in both directions from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on both days.
