Management Systems Division

The division of Management Systems is responsible for maintaining the county’s financial management software while supporting the Controller’s Office Enterprise Content Management (ECM) functions and sustaining the office’s hardware and software systems. The Division services its users via adherence to ITIL and PMO methodologies.

Management Systems is subdivided into the following sections:

The JDE Service Center section is a shared services organization administered through the Controller’s Office providing county-wide support of its Enterprise resource planning system – JDEdwards EnterpriseOne. The Service Center creates reports, customizes business functions and strives to increase process efficiencies.

The Enterprise Content Management (ECM) section is dedicated to reducing reliance on paper and improving efficiencies through the use of its document management and imaging software – OnBase.  ECM provides workflows, approval routings and document inquiry functionality to the Controller’s Office.

The Information Technology section manages additional Controller’s Office technology systems including its phone, network, e-mail, productivity software and PC related services.
